ADDENDUM: In a letter distributed today (November 2, 2018) members of the KPFK LSB have reacted to the NES's resignation.
As per KPFK Local Station Board Chair Jaime Gomez' email to the KPFK LSB mailing list on October 31, 2018, regarding the current National Elections Supervisor's recommendation to terminate the elections and his subsequent resignation due to the PNB's unwillingness to accept his professional recommendation, we write in support of the NES’ recommendation to the Pacifica National Board to terminate the current electoral process at Pacifica.
Given serious concerns about the legitimacy of Pacifica’s current elections procedure, due to irregularities such as unverifiable voter lists, the arbitrary modification of deadlines that disenfranchises voters and candidates, among other serious concerns, we fully support the National Elections Supervisor's recommendation to terminate the current election process. As members of the Local Station Board, we demand that Pacifica National Board push the reset button and start the entire process from scratch, after addressing the NES' concerns.

Please bear in mind that the chronic racism and fact-twisting practiced by the WBAI zombies who currently hold the reins is just as repulsive and perhaps even more embarassing to intelligent non-whites. When WBAI was first labeled as a “community” station, the yardstick was a measure of intellectual curiosity esthetics and further pursuit of knowledge, in general. The disenchanted who tuned out are as big an ethnic mix as is the “melting pot” itself.

DeleteAll TV stations and [ while speaking on radio imakes it more difficult to discern skin shades ] now have a very disproportionate number of darker-skin-hued people than previously - as if the dominant majority, vs. the USA census saying 13-14% of 100%.
and as for KPFK being in LA County the 'black" diversity is census listed as only 9%.
So it has become re-mark-able that such a switch in numbers [not of representatives, not proportional to anything, not even talent, abilities, smarts, etc ] could happen as suddenly as BLM has demanded and gotten.
It is not just WBAI, and maybe not even Pacifica who seems to be agreeing grandly to the switch ... from "superiority" blamed on those who are lighter ...to "majority" claimed by all who are less in #'s in population.
Talents are so varied and differently measured that talents of any kinds are not quantifiable by race, color, gender, or so-called 'intelligence' [by test or quick verbal-written responses ].
It has become amazing to see CBS, NBC, ABC and other major corporations providing media 'reporting' on TV to be able to SEE visually who is looking like... 'me' or not me.
while criminals identified are never named by race but only the picture reveals color, possible race or name origin maybe to daily observe who is doing what .
Police & Other regulatory forces are expanding their color inclusions and it is not only lighter-whiter cops that 'enforce' or capture criminals of their own or darker races.
But until media shows us who it is by picture ID, the viewing public cannot know how 'unfair' and 'unequal' any group is : criminals
- police - enforcement - firefighters - et al.= who are 'Public Safety personnel. Or Govt officials, employees either. & Noting that when entering any govt office, the workers are mostly ....slanted hirings ?
That Amy serves only VICTIMS she identifies as needing her exposed reporting, it is usually if not always those who are losing to some "Ruler" as her motto has been - fighting the rulers to help the littler, poorer, powerless. whomever, poorer and often darker globally spread out.

of course, as in all politics, the Pacifica ones easily obviously included, the few pretend to speak for all others...when they do not. How misleading. Never admitting their selective biases or demands to be Dominant to the group they claim to 'represent' ?

WITHOUT explanations or warnings, Tracy left us in the 'dark' - when she who had access to more info or could search it out and reveal some became silent. Her choice, of course.
But some may wonder what considerations/ advantages/ intimidations or other forces entered into that decision to stop writing her blog ? Anyone else know anything ?
