Bates eliminates

Toodle-oo to Mikie's Morning Doo

Haskins just ended his embarrassing Thursday morning show with a welcomed, not-so-graceful announcement—in essence: the gradual removal of his nonsense is continuing and he will no longer have that morning slot. This leaves him on the air for two of his original five days, Monday and Tuesday. Let's hope Bates—who called today's shot—keeps peeling away at such incompetence and that he soon realizes that he himself is way overdue for banishment.

As you probably know, the station has been off the air for a few days as it allegedly awaits delivery of a new circuit board. Well, within five minutes of Haskins' dismissal, WBAI went totally silent—as I write this, there is not even a hum on the stream. Could be a fortuitous coincidence, but we know that the Board moves in mysterious ways.

Enjoy the sound of silence... keep tuned.

  1. Couldn't he have just done his show? Did he have to publicly air internal matters and portray himself as some kind of martyr? Yeah. We'll storm the station alright only to kick him out and
get a real drive time program.

  2. Ironically if this was on the actual airwaves it STILL wouldn't mean anything

  3. A true "Yeah, whateva..."

Credico is a slime like Hay-tie, but, at least, Credico did some good shows.

  4. At least he got a note of thanks - most producers get nothing or a fuck u. He did their bidding for a long time, he has a good heart, but he truly stinks in the morning.
