St. Patrick's Day re-entry: It was a Snap!
Better late than never... That wasn't a gun in Summer's hand, it was a heavy duty wire cutter. Here is the actual lock-breaking scene from "The Pacifica Parliamentary Follies." I think the green flowers are a nice touch.
Hmmm, Summer Reese was acting as a hatchet man for the Pacifica when she axed most of the staff, and then she took 50 grand from KPFA funds to help in making the severance payment. I guess Reimers lied when he declared the fund raiser a success, and what ever became of the CBP grant that was supposed to go pay severance, as Reimers had claimed?
Speaking of which...Today I did the unthinkable: I actually tuned in to Gary Null's show. Near the end, Luanne Ponessi (sp?) called in. I rolled up my eyes: She's one of the few people I've heard who's as annoying as Christine Blosdale.
But she said that someone e-mailed her, asking why the station and Pacifica Board aren't being prosecuted for the crimes they're committing. That call was cut off in mid-sentence.

The end really is near--for the station, anyway.
Thanks for that information, Justine. I think that was an important observation and, as you may have noticed, I ran with it.
