The first letter sounds rational and level-headed, a straightforward message to the staff.
The second sounds like it was written by someone given to hyperbole, ahistoric comparisons and run-on sentences, who is in a great panic that she's no longer in charge.
This is better than Days of Our Lives and General Hospital put together. But only half as believable. How did this group keep it together this long?

Indeed, but it is difficult to trust any utterances from Pacifica people these days. This may be the final act, but the saga is far from over.
