Pursuant to the direction of the Court at the parties' August 2, 2017 compliance
conference, I am writing on behalf of plaintiff ESRT Empire State Building L.L.C.
("ESRT") and with the permission of defendant Pacifica Foundation, Inc. ("Pacifica,"
collectively, the "Parties"). Specifically, I write to confirm that oral argument will
be held before your Honor on October 4, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. on both motion sequence no.
1, ESRT's motion for summary judgment, and motion sequence no. 2, Pacifica's motion to
amend its answer nunc pro tunc. Both of these motions are fully submitted. The Parties

Yes, I experienced that pain this morning when Haskins and one of his racist regulars (Allimadi) got off on a Vietnam War film (or clip) that was too white for them. With all that is going on in the world today, this is what these fools talk about. I wonder if Allimadi ever talks about Bill Cosby, the man who financed his publication. I need not say that life-long amateur Haskins was his atrocious self.
