As promised a few weeks back, here is the Report of the President submitted by Hallock Hoffman to the Pacifica Foundation Board of Directors in September of 1966. These are actually the first 14 pages. The Plan (another 12 pages) will be a follow-up. I realize that this is history, but Hallock's plan for a major reorganization of Pacifica should be interesting, if for no other reason than to learn what kinds of ideas were being kicked around.
