Many are wondering if there was a PNB meeting yesterday and, if so, what happened. Pacifica iED Bill Crosier just posted the following response:
Yes, there was a PNB meeting last night, all in executive session.
No significant motions were approved - just minor ones like amending the agenda, approving minutes, and one other minor motion.
Sorry I can't give details - all exec. session.

I see they're really on top of things regarding their sinking ship. Next time, they will deal with important stuff, like who's a bigger tub of shit (Cerene or Davis), whether people can fart on premises at their stations, etc.

DeleteIf we assume Crosier is telling the truth (a questionable assumption at this point in the parade) it seems probable that he’s not telling ‘The truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.’

An executive session meeting was called without proper notice, which is possible under the bylaws only in the event of extreme emergency, and rumors to that effect circulate.
Crosier then informs us, after the fact, that only minor routine matters were discussed and approved.
If that’s the case it strongly suggests paralyzing division/stalemate/impasse even under conditions of extreme emergency.
In other words, it strongly suggests they can’t get it together to take action even when it’s very clear that action is desperately necessary.
Which, from my perspective at this point, is just fine.
Let them fail, let them fall, let them rot – it’s the one thing to which they've ever shown any real dedication (other than pocketing a little coin here and there).
