October 10 PNB Finance meeting?

Probably, but we don't know, because they closed the door.

Preliminary nothing

These audio clips may not make much sense—they come from a good friend who knows better than to drink the eyedrops. :)

The last two may or may not be that same meeting continued, but they form a good audio likeness of these amazing free-for-alls.

The argument meeting continues

But wait! There's more!!!

    1. My apologies, I know they’re messed up. I’ll try to fix it when I get up. Part of the problem is Mediafire.

  2. Chris,

In the late summer or early autumn I attended a WBAI LSB meeting, which was held on East 140th Street. It was the meeting where an individual informed the WBAI that he was the executor of a bequest in the amount of approximately $80,000. Berthold Reimers attended this meeting.

After Reimers spoke, I spoke to him. I asked Reimers if the rent for the antenna at the ESRT was $50,000. Berthold replied in the affirmative. I said that he was only paying $12,000. I then asked why he had not entered the remaining $38,000 as an unpaid liability. I asked him what the interest rate and penalties were on the unpaid balance and why he had not entered these amounts into the financial statements.

Reimers did not answer my questions and quickly ran out of the building.

The ESRT never agreed to a rent of $12,000 and the assertion that the ESRT had agreed to a rent of $12,000 is a lie.

Several years prior to this meeting, WBAI was late paying the ESRT rent. At a meeting of the WBAI LSB I asked Reimers what the interest rate and penalties were on these late payments. Reimers replied that the interest rate was 2% per year and the late penalty was $25.

Whenever I requested information concerning the ESRT, R Paul Martin, a sociopath, would lie and state that the information was privileged. But lease information is not privileged.

The gravamen is that Berthold Reimers and members of the WBAI LSB willfully and knowingly lied about the rent owed to the ESRT. Mitchel Cohen even telephoned the ESRT and asked for a special Not For Profit Rate- as if such a thing existed at ESRT.

I merely wish to set the record straight.

    Thank you.

    1. Thank you, Ed.

It comes several years late, but I see that GAME OVER sign casting a flashing light on Berthold Reiimers.

  3. Chris,

It was early autumn or late summer of 2015. I forgot to write the year.

    Thank you.

  4. Toward the end of the first of the two tapes you’ve linked there is some discussion of a motion as to how to authorize filing Ch 11 if/when that becomes necessary.

There is in that discussion passing reference to implication that they have perhaps thirty days from the court’s ruling of 4 October to find a way to avoid turning to Ch 11.

If indeed they turn to Ch 11 my understanding is that they will have to present the trustee with a credible plan for emerging from the process of Ch 11 on a financially sound basis – and such a plan may not involve hope or speculation as to increased donations.

In Ch 11 they will lose much control over their own fate, such as it is, and generally speaking the trustee(s) and/or any committee of their creditors will make many if not most of their choices and decisions for them.

It’s important to remember that any such process prioritizes making their creditors/debt holder whole, and not the fulfillment of their ‘mission’ – in which they have failed.

As a side note… do they or do they not have officers and directors insurance or are their officers and directors personally vulnerable?

ps: At present the link to the second audio is still a duplicate of the first.

    1. I thought it has been stated by PNB members that they don't have officers/directors insurance.

  6. Paul DiRienzo has always been a slimebag, but besides defending Kimchi and North Korea and doing the "they" are out to shut us down bit, he really made me laugh when he said that Indian chiefs can afford to donate $250 and should. I bet John Kane and Moccasin Horsesass would have something to say about that.

WBAI just gets funnier and funnier every day now.

    1. First, Kane and Horseass have to react to WBAI's embrace of racist "Dr. Imhotep" and his scam, which has Africans being the true indigenous Americans, going back to their arrival on this continent one 61,000 years ago.

WBAI/Pacifica is choking to death on its own tangle of lies.

  8. I just learned a new word, which is perfect to describe the blacks were the first settlers in North America, etc. woo on WBAI - "Pseudoarcheology." I think we should incorporate it into our lexicon, along with snake oil, etc.
