I'm looking at this .pdf and don't know if I am reading it correctly. Can someone explain things?
On page two there is a chart that begins with "Total ballots for quorum." Are those numbers the amount of paid supporting listeners and staff for each station? How, if in any way, does that affect the voting?
Are you seriously telling me that the total number of votes counted for a five radio station network was 7,312?
