  1. C'mon. She's got better teeth than that. How else could she enjoy those yummy Kwanzaa celebrations.

  2. You have a basis for a good idea there. Start a reparations fund among the people who are crying for reparations, since some of the suckers will donate, as well as some white guilt trippers.

My votes are for "Mammy" and "Tara's Theme".

  4. "Get in touch with your inner Slave".

Actually that already sounds like a premium.

That reparations routine sounds like a winner, Some 'will' donate to such an open obvious scam. Damn wish I'd thought of it when I was there.

Long years ago when there was a Drama, and Lit. Dept. We actually did a, experimental Minstrel Show. I think it's time we brought back that fine tradition to WBAI.

    1. Personally, I think WBAI is more like a Terry Southern meets Franz Kafka story. How about Dr. Strangereriemers or: How I Learned To Stop Doing Good Radio and Start Scamming the Listeners?

If not, how about simply The Banana Splits?

  7. Justin they didn't even know that "Uncle Tom's Cabin" was an actual book. I speak of the racial righteous at 'Bai. Here's a kicker...they didn't know the historical circumstances of the origins of the whole "Reparations" deal.

It was meant only for the 'Sea Islands" of Georgia.

From there it entered popular American myth. For both Blacks, and Whites. For heaven's sakes History is not hidden...well most of it anyway...there's that whole masons thing with the founding of this country, and that UFO stuff, and the Security State noise. However the regular stuff like who said what, and where stuff started by who for what, and all that is 'there'...just read it.

  8. At a 2002 reparations rally in Washington, DC, then NYC Councilman Charles Barron took to the podium and said, "I want to go up to the closest white person and say, ‘You can’t understand this, it’s a black thing’ and then slap him, just for my mental health."
The now NYS Assemblyman is a frequent "contributor" to WBAI. And YOU pay for it- in more ways than one.

    1. If Barron ever was capable of reasoned thinking, that quality has long been smothered by his reflex racism. There is much to be said for reparations--I found it fully justified in South Africa and here, in the case of Roosevelt's outrageous treatment of American citizens of Japanese ancestry, but the Ron Daniels gang is a bunch of shameless opportunists.

      Delete
    2. White South Africans deserve reparations. Boer and Afrikaner farmers have been murdered in record number, while Jacob Zuma turns his back on them and toward his hundreds of wives. In Johannesburg, it is unsafe to stop for a red light, but the Oppenheimers have no problems.

  9. Like I always say if they're handing it out I'll collect. However as rational commentators mention it would be a monumentally divisive act. Also from then on whenever an unarmed Black person is shot dead by cops you'll hear..."We paid you off!"

For most that want it it's just a big payday. For the professional authentic persons of color it's a priceless tool. A "Truth, and hopefully Reconciliation" here among us all would be a blessing of healing. this would do far more good for us all.

Still if they go the cash, and carry route I'll take mine in property, and bundles of Millions in Chinese banknotes, and gold securities. The currency of the future!

    1. If you are talking about Ron Daniels, what else would you expect? He uses his race—something he cannot claim as an accomplishment—to generate unearned attention. The fact that he introduces himself as "the professor" and "distinguished lecturer" is pathetic, albeit unintended, acknowledgement of his shortcomings.

  11. Gerald Horne ... he is such a smart racist .

    1. Horne is another user, casting in on the suffering of his ancestors. This is not to say that he doesn't speak the truth, but the veracity of his ramble is severely diminished by his pouring of history into his own distorted mold.

In my view, Horne is not totally without credibility, as was John Henry Clark, the late con artist who is so greatly admired by the current crop of narcissistic race-driven opportunists.

    1. Serene, the WBAI LSB disruptor-in-chief, started a rumor of Agarwal wanting to meet with the local LSB, then killed it—all part of the game. This woman does nothing but flit around to cause confusion and fabricate disruptions for the JUCs and their corrupt West Coast co-thugs.

BTW, does anyone have a prescription that can cure or, at least, abate, the monumental disgust I have for Hillary Clinton? Her speech to APAC, yesterday, puts her right down there with Trump.

  14. Don't ask Hay-tie Haskins about the current news in Belgium, or you'll probably just hear about King Leopold II, slavery, Patrice Lumumba, etc. These clowns are still living in the past.

By the way, "Serene" is a funny typo, as she's anything but serene...

    1. That said, let us not forget that Linda's assignment is to redeliver the previous day's news. These killings were too fresh, the victims too white.

This show, Michael's Morning Mess, is among the worst... you know what I'm sayin'?

    2. I think more than anything the issues that the black nationalists on WBAI like to banter about all day long act as a sort of comfort zone. By staying within their framework, these goofs don't have to come out and deal with the real world in the present day and age, and be shown that reparations and Haiti aren't as important as they would like to believe.

WBAI is rife with aging hosts trying to stay within safety zones, like Fass thinking it's 1968, etc.

Personally, I don't even know why Perry does her old news bit because it just makes WBAI look even more amateurish that they can't be on top of things.

I guess Democracy Now is the only fresh and current thing on WBAI.

Anyway. If any of these doofs talk about Belgium, expect the same old apologias, as happened when the Paris attack occurred.

    2. Day by day, hour by hour, these ignoramuses make WBAI more insignificant.

Guess I wasn't the only one who heard their call-in phones die this morning, but did anyone else catch a recent fleeting reference to the station needing funds to find a new location? They didn't pursue it, but it obviously is on the menu. Guess even the generous landlady has had enough of Reimers and his stagnant need-do-wells.

      Delete
    3. No, didn't hear anything about finding a new location. I only listened for the few minutes I could tolerate, as I wanted news about the real world, which is what the BBC is for.

I caught a couple of callers and the phones dying before I tuned away.

  20. A presidential election, terrorist attack in Belgium, refugee crisis so naturally we're going to talk about...women's history month. OK. Reminds me of the LSB meeting in a senior center in Harlem where people asked why they're aren't more younger people here.

    1. You had a mayor of a major city and they had no way at the time to get rid of him so they removed his powers and staff but stayed within their rules. Pacifica pays for an election where their own election supervisors are harassed and ignored and then promptly ignores the results, places bogus affiliate directors and an imaginary Executive Director. That's a long way to go to take a shot at the PNB but why not?
