WBAI: Black and Blue and Red all over...

This week's Villager contains a short article on this week's Pacifica/WBAI headache. It is written by Paul deRienzo, who is no stranger to WBAI. As you will see, Null's lawsuit has to do with copyright infringement on WBAI's part, with claims that the station is guilty of illegally copying some DVDs offered by Null as premiums.

With that in mind, one has to wonder why and to what end WBAI rebroadcast one of Null's self-promotional pitches (with the hopelessly dilettantish Michael Haskins.

See the article here.

  1. Over-simplified article, but mainly on target. I still say Null made a huge mistake in suing and that Pacifica should go to trial and utterly destroy him. This is their chance to make an ass out of him. Oh, wait. We're talking Pacifica, who would have no idea how to expose him.

    1. How could Pacifica utterly destroy him? Even if Gary Null goes broke, he will return to Parkersburg, WV the richest man in that cornpone pigsty with a banjo on his knee laughing his cojones off.

    2. I don't mean financially. What I mean is exposing his crap.

  2. Are you fucking kidding me? WBAI is playing an old Null premium program! This is simply too much.

  3. Does Gary dye his hair or is his "Reverse the Aging Process Naturally: How to Build the Immune System With Antioxidants--The Super-nutrients of the Nineties' so good that he doesn't have to?

    1. Only his hairdresser/dyer? Knows.

Seriously, I think that is a question you'll have to ask him--considering the nature of his products, I think that would be a natural question.
