That prompted another letter from Millspaugh in which he did, indeed, threaten to take me off the air immediately of I discussed anything other than jazz. I believe I still have that letter, somewhere, and it will be posted as I continue this account.<br /><br />I am puzzled as to why your perfectly appropriate question was posted anonymously, but I thank you for it and hope that more people will have something to say. But in the letter that you've posted here, there is a warning that further commentary would be inappropriate, but I don't see a threat to take you off the air.
